David Varian has identified that a number of companies don’t require a full time Financial Controller. He provide this senior financial management service on a contract basis at a fraction of the cost of employing a full time Financial Controller. In his role as Financial Controller he will take all the financial duties away from the entrepreneur/owner which will help him/her to concentrate on using their time and expertise on developing their core activities and driving revenue. In his role he will control the complete Finance function and work closely with the owners to develop the financial framework required for the success of their business. David will also ensure that your business meets its tax and corporate legal compliance obligations in the initial period and deal directly with the financial reporting requirements of your banks and/or investors. Typically he will report directly to the owner or CEO.
